Amrish Unadkat, PE – Founder & President, Construction Services

Amrish Unadkat, PE, is the Founder and Principal Engineer of PARA Engineers and has more than two decades of experience in construction management, engineering, and inspection of transportation and infrastructure projects. Since founding PARA Engineers in 2017, he has provided strategic leadership and guided the firm’s growth into a respected construction supervision and engineering consulting firm. He oversees the firm’s operations, strategic planning, business development, client relations, and project delivery.

Mr. Unadkat has successfully delivered projects for major transportation agencies, including the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT), New York City Department of Transportation (NYC DOT), and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ). His expertise includes construction management, resident engineering, inspection, structural and civil engineering, site development, and management of complex infrastructure projects involving environmental, electrical, utility, and facilities components. He has led multidisciplinary teams on major transportation, roadway, bridge, facility, and infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, schedule, and successful project delivery.

Mr. Unadkat holds a master’s degree in construction management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering. He is a Professional Engineer in New Jersey and New York.

Paul Pittari, PE – Vice President, Construction Services

Paul Pittari is Vice President and Senior Project Manager with 36 years of experience in construction management, project management, and inspection. He has worked extensively with transportation, transit, and utility agencies on complex bridge, roadway, facility, utility, and infrastructure projects. He has successfully delivered projects for agencies such as the New Jersey Turnpike Authority (NJTA), New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT), Delaware River Port Authority (DRPA), and Port Authority of New York and New Jersey (PANYNJ). His expertise includes construction and project management, engineering design, contracting, facility management, and operations across transportation, infrastructure, commercial real estate, pharmaceutical, research, aviation, rail, and environmental sectors. His notable regional experience includes the NJTA 6 to 9 Widening Program, Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement, NJTA Facility Improvement Program, NJTA Service Area Program, and major PANYNJ programs at Newark Liberty International Airport, John F. Kennedy International Airport, and the George Washington Bridge.

Mr. Pittari holds master’s and bachelor’s degrees in civil engineering from Manhattan College. He is a Professional Engineer in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and North Carolina.
